Who are Our Clients?
We provide bookkeeping services for business owners in all industries but specialize in the following:
Law Firms
We track, analyze, and record financial transactions for your law practice, including client trust (IOLTA) accounts, operating accounts, income by client or matter, and business expenses. We ensure trust accounts are properly reconciled and compliant while preparing accurate financial statements that show your firm’s performance, cash flow, and profitability.
IT MSPs
We provide bookkeeping tailored specifically for IT and MSP businesses, with a strong focus on recurring revenue models such as subscription-based services, project work, and break-fix billing. We track service contracts, automate invoicing through tools like Autotask integrated with QuickBooks, and ensure all revenue streams are accurately recorded. Our team meticulously categorizes expenses — including software licenses, hardware, labor, and cloud services — while analyzing revenue by client and service line. By comparing costs against client billing, we measure margins and client profitability, monitor cash flow, and deliver clear financial reports that support smarter pricing, stronger margins, and long-term business growth.
Construction
One of the key foundations for the Construction industry in regards to bookkeeping is Job Costing. By job costing we are able to provide reports for each job by tracking income and expenses related. We also can help invoice customers in multiple ways such as, completed contract method ( billing at the end of the project with a retainer at the beginning), or Progress billing (billing customers as work is being completed, normally in percentage of completion).
Property Management
We provide detailed accounting for every property and tenant, including Triple Net (NNN) expense allocations, tenant reimbursements, rent tracking, and operating expense management. Our reporting breaks down income and expenses by property and tenant, helping you clearly see profitability, manage CAM reconciliations, and ensure accurate billing. We also handle trust account reconciliations (if applicable) and provide monthly financial statements for owners and stakeholders. We can also assist with leasing and landlord/tenant portal implementation/migrations.
Chiropractors
We track, analyze, and record financial transactions from your chiropractic business. We prepare clear financial statements to show revenue trends, profitability, and overhead costs — helping you understand where your money is going and where growth opportunities exist. Our bookkeeping supports budgeting, tax preparation, and smarter business decisions throughout the year.
